Who are the Masons?

Masons in Olympia, Tumwater and Lacey congregate at Harmony Lodge #18, the friendliest Lodge in Thurston County, WA. Our Lodge includes a broad cross-section of the community and we welcome men over the age of 18 who want to improve themselves by associating with like-minded peers. Our membership is distributed fairly evenly across age groups and by profession, although because of the proximity to Fort Lewis (JBLM), many of our members are active duty military or veterans.

The Masonic Fraternity is the oldest Fraternity in the world. The Masonic Family includes Masons as well as organizations for their ladies, couples, and youth.

The Masonic Family provides more than $2 million a day to charitable activities such as hospitals, youth scholarship, and those less fortunate than we.

Harmony Veterans' Appreciation - 11/3

Brethren,

Harmony #18’s Veterans' Appreciation night is rapidly approaching on Tuesday, November 3rd. Dinner will be at 6:30 p.m. Brother Clint Brown is preparing a wonderful feast (no MRE’s on my watch!). I expect a fantastic turnout and several wonderful presentations have been arranged. I still have three spots open for anyone that would like to give a short presentation to the attendees. Please call (360-455-1455) or e-mail so we can discuss what is appropriate.

Thanks,

Ivan Isaacson

Harmony #18 Worshipful Master

Webmaster's note: Additionally, reservations can be made here or by emailing Secretary Rich Lathrope. The cost is $10/person at the door or $8/person if you make a reservation in advance. Junior Steward Clint Brown has to smoke the meat, so the earlier you make your reservations the better! But please reserve your plate no later than close of business on Friday, October 30th, if possible.
