Who are the Masons?

Lodges in WA are closed during COVID-19 until further notice, as per order of the Grand Master.

Masons in Olympia, Tumwater and Lacey congregate at Harmony Lodge #18, the friendliest Lodge in Thurston County, WA. Our Lodge includes a broad cross-section of the community and we welcome men over the age of 18 who want to improve themselves by associating with like-minded peers. Our membership is distributed fairly evenly across age groups and by profession, although because of the proximity to Fort Lewis (JBLM), many of our members are active duty military or veterans.

The Masonic Fraternity is the oldest Fraternity in the world. The Masonic Family includes Masons as well as organizations for their ladies, couples, and youth.

The Masonic Family provides more than $2 million a day to charitable activities such as hospitals, youth scholarship, and those less fortunate than we.

Closing prayer

Supreme Architect of the Universe, as we are now about to separate, accept our humble praises and the gratitude of our hearts for the many mercies and blessings Thy bountiful goodness has conferred upon us.

Pardon, we beseech Thee, whatever Thou hast seen amiss in us, and continue to us Thy presence, protection and blessing. May all our irregular passions be subdued, and may we daily increase in Faith, Hope and Charity; more especially in that Charity which is the bond of peace and the perfection of every virtue.

May we practice Thy precepts, that we may obtain the fulfillment of Thy promises, and gain an entrance through the gates into the Temple and City of our God. Amen!
